Terms of Use

Loribase is a cloud-based operational management platform designed for small and medium-sized manufacturers. The Service includes inventory management, production tracking, purchasing control, production blueprints, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Collect other users' data without authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties without our express written consent
• Store, transmit, or publish illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality ( including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and source code) are the exclusive property of Loribase and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and visual identity may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service without our prior written consent.

Data you enter into the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Loribase is offered on a subscription basis. To activate the free trial, a valid payment method and plan selection are required. At the end of the trial period, billing for the selected plan begins automatically with no interruption to the Service.

Payment is processed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Charges for completed billing periods are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remaining period. Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, the current plan remains active through the end of the already-paid period.

Cancellation stops automatic renewal. Access to the Service remains active through the end of the current billing period, with no refunds.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loribase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting cancellation through account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we identify a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or any activity that jeopardizes the security of the Service or other users.

After termination, your data will be retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted, unless required by law to retain it longer.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or by posting a notice in the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
