Real FIFO production costing

When a production run executes a Loribase blueprint, the system automatically calculates cost using real FIFO prices: which purchase lots were consumed at which prices. Labor, energy and equipment depreciation are added on top. The result is a real unit cost, not an estimate.

Full traceability

Every finished product can be traced back to its raw material lots. Loribase records which purchase batches, from which suppliers, at which prices were used in each production, from origin to finished product.

Multi-warehouse visibility

Each warehouse in Loribase has its own independent stock control. Internal transfers are tracked with documented exits at origin and confirmed receipts at destination. No invisible losses.
